Present<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Craig\u00c2\u00a0McGinnity, Craig McIntosh, Dave Aldred, Glyn Moss, Ian O’Donoghue, John Baddiley, Marco Renall, Matt Clarke, Neil Hickford, Nicole Swain, Richard\u00c2\u00a0Skilton, Ilse Vermeulen, Ross McLachlan, Steve Elden, Steve Meeres, Thomas Zink, \u00c2\u00a0Tyrone McGrath, Alan Paterson, Sam Dungey, Henry Roberts, Zac Hines, Jason Lang, \u00c2\u00a0Jules Bruce-Miller, Clive Bennett, Tony Keith.<\/p>\n Apologies<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Bruce \u00c2\u00a0McCardle, Jeff Lyall, Tony Stone, Matt Amos.<\/p>\n Marco \u00c2\u00a0Renall opened the inaugural meeting of the Belmont Area Mountain Bike Association Incorporated.<\/p>\n The Foundation Document<\/span><\/strong> was tabled and discussed.\u00c2\u00a0 Marco advised that he and Matt had taken it to Wellington Regional Council and discussed with Amanda Cox and Ross Jackson.\u00c2\u00a0 Amanda and Ross supported our vision.<\/p>\n Attendees were asked to advise Marco of any changes required within the next 2 weeks.<\/p>\n Paul May had written up the Rules of BAMBA <\/span><\/strong>and these were tabled and discussed.\u00c2\u00a0 It was agreed that they could be signed off by the attendees, and 23 did this.\u00c2\u00a0 Marco will return the signatures to Paul May.\u00c2\u00a0 Any changes could be discussed at the 2010 AGM.<\/p>\n Comments from the floor<\/p>\n Tom: We should focus on Health & Fitness.<\/p>\n Tyrone: We should build easy trails suitable for families & children.<\/p>\n Matt: Has represented Mountain Biking interests at Friends of the Town Belt meetings and expressed some dissatisfaction with their relationship with Mountain Bikers.<\/p>\n Neil: We should build a strong relationship with WRC.\u00c2\u00a0 The growing numbers of MTB users in the park needed to be advised to WRC.<\/p>\n Jono: Ensure tracks are dual use<\/p>\n Marco: Nature Valley are sponsoring nationwide trail signage at MTB Parks and we should take up their offer.
