Moved Marco and seconded Angus and approved.<\/p>\n<p>The revisions to our Constitution written by Colin Ryder, to allow us to become a Charitable Society were approved and Marco will advise Paul May our lawyer.\u00c2\u00a0 Paul will then prepare the notification to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies with a certificate that 3 of Ctte must sign.<\/p>\n<p>Rule 10.1 was changed to say \u00e2\u20ac\u0153AGM will be held before 31<sup>st<\/sup> May\u00e2\u20ac\u009d because our Financial Year end was moved to 31<sup>st<\/sup>\u00c2\u00a0March by IRD.\u00c2\u00a0 This gives us time to get the annual accounts audited for review at AGM.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Promo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Matt suggested we add our sponsors and contributors to our website which was agreed.\u00c2\u00a0 He will give Angus logos and details of Paul May Law, Gambitsis\u00c2\u00a0Crombie\u00c2\u00a0Accountants, Ground Effect, GWRC, Shane McGrath Contracting, bnz Technology, Fine Signs and PNP Cycling Club.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tracks<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was agreed that the new traverse will be called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Bull-a-Varde\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n<p>The track going downhill off to the left would be called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The Bull Run\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. \u00c2\u00a0\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Raging Bull\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Rodeo\u00e2\u20ac\u009d were names approved for later trails.\u00c2\u00a0 Nicole will make new signage.<\/p>\n<p>Tyrone said Bull-a-Varde\u00c2\u00a0will need gravelling\u00c2\u00a0after Jeremy has finished fencing it off from the Bull.\u00c2\u00a0 Jeremy will arrange 10cu\u00c2\u00a0m from Rimutaka.\u00c2\u00a0 Bull-a-Varde was approved for use in PNP race Rd 4 Oct 30<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00c2\u00a0Marco will send Jeremy the course description for approval.<\/p>\n<p>Paul will work on our trails on Mon 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Oct if anyone can please help him.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Website<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Angus has <a href=\"https:\/\/bamba.org.nz\">www.bamba.org.nz<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0up and running with minutes and constitution loaded.\u00c2\u00a0 It was agreed that the Ctte could post direct, but items from others would be approved by Angus before loading by him.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BNZ Volunteer Digging<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Angus and\u00c2\u00a0BNZ\u00c2\u00a0workers did a terrific job on Bull-a-Varde and Tyrone is creating an appreciation certificate for them.\u00c2\u00a0 Angus advised that twice per year this could be repeated.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Danzig Felling<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeremy advised that logging has started at the neighbours.\u00c2\u00a0 Danzig will be felled from Nov to Jan.\u00c2\u00a0 Old Coach Rd will remain open for most of the time.\u00c2\u00a0 Skid sites and a road from the<br \/>\nWoolshed up to Old Coach Rd will be built by the loggers.\u00c2\u00a0 In the next few weeks GWRC\u00c2\u00a0will write to interested parties including BAMBA advising of the felling and extraction programme.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00c2\u00a0Oct from 3:30pm to 7:30pm at the Woolshed, GWRC will listen and respond to interested parties submissions and queries.\u00c2\u00a0 They will collate feedback and respond to it<br \/>\nlater.\u00c2\u00a0 BAMBA\u00c2\u00a0members are advised to turn up and discuss trail reinstatement and replanting options.\u00c2\u00a0 GWRC have committed through Jeremy to rebuilding an uphill Danzig replacement trail.<\/p>\n<p>Dirk said that we need signs saying that Danzig will be out of bounds\u00c2\u00a0soon for felling and volunteers were required to help us build new trails, please contact BAMBA.<\/p>\n<p>Jeremy said that he will discuss the public notification programme with GWRC which would include newspaper articles and signage.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">General Business<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A first aid pack for working bees is now hanging in the trees with the Hours Board.<\/p>\n<p>Nicole and Tyrone will run a kids race at the PNP Round on 30<sup>th<\/sup> Sep at 12 noon.<\/p>\n<p>It was agreed that Tyrone could purchase 3 saws, 3 mattocks, 2 rakes, 2 fire rakes and 2 spades up to $400.\u00c2\u00a0 Nicole would reimburse him with a cheque and Marco would apply for assistance from the Ground Effect Slush Fund to cover this.\u00c2\u00a0 Angus will supply a tool box.<\/p>\n<p>Craig will ring
