Attendees were asked to advise Marco of any changes required within the next 2 weeks.

Paul May had written up the Rules of BAMBA and these were tabled and discussed.  It was agreed that they could be signed off by the attendees, and 23 did this.  Marco will return the signatures to Paul May.  Any changes could be discussed at the 2010 AGM.

Comments from the floor

Tom: We should focus on Health & Fitness.

Tyrone: We should build easy trails suitable for families & children.

Matt: Has represented Mountain Biking interests at Friends of the Town Belt meetings and expressed some dissatisfaction with their relationship with Mountain Bikers.

Neil: We should build a strong relationship with WRC.  The growing numbers of MTB users in the park needed to be advised to WRC.

Jono: Ensure tracks are dual use

Marco: Nature Valley are sponsoring nationwide trail signage at MTB Parks and we should take up their offer. Flexible white vertical signs that take custom printed stickers for Grade, Length and Track Name.

??: Let’s make membership to BAMBA free, so that we get plenty on board.

??: Do we need to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with WRC to build and maintain trails?

??: We should have an Open Day and sausage sizzle soon.  Include track building and a ride.  Put it in Hutt News.

Tyrone: Will organize with Jason Barclay to dump gravel at the top of Danzig and we will have a working bee on Sat 10th Oct to spread.

Marco: PNP will pay from last year’s race proceeds.

Marco: Round 4 of PFC PNP MTB Series is on Nov 1st and $5 per rider will be donated to BAMBA.

Nicole: Will design a sticker for BAMBA and open a Bank Account and organize cheque signatories.
