Steve opened the meeting.
Previous minutes reviewed, Change McIntosh to McGinnity. Accepted and seconded by Craig.
General Business
Glynn Moss resigned as VP and Tyrone will stand in as acting VP.
Tyrone will ask Ross McLachlan how our website is going.
Nicole will ask Paul May how our Incorporation is going because she needs to fill in the IR596 IRD form and open a Bank Account at KiwiBank. Marco said the Incorporation is almost complete according to Paul.
Steve has set up BAMBAÂ in facebook in the mean time.
Tyrone wants a meeting every 2 months near end of the month. Seconded Craig. Next meeting is Thursday 18th Feb.
Nicole showed us the logos and one was chosen. Nicole will ask Paul how we go about making an official stamp – BAMBA seal. Nicole will email the logo for Marco to use as a letter head.
Steve reported that Marco & him went to FOBRP mtg last week. We were well received.  Many of them are mountain bikers. Track signage was discussed as well as track sharing. Danzig 2 way MTB & walkers.
Marco said he had done maintenance on Choppers and Big Weta lately (pruning, dug out grooves & hard slippy top inch on the worst descents). The Big Weta drop just below the bridge can now
be missed by going left on a new track built by Hoz & Tyrone which still needs some work. Tyrone will axe thru 3 roots that were too big for puny Marco.
Marco will contact BikeNZ to ask about Nature Valley signage which they are sponsoring.
Tyrone will get 2 x 5cu m loads of lime stabilized gravel delivered. 1 at top Danzig & 1 at Woolshed. Craig will meet the driver this Saturday. $212 x 2 + $100 for Tyrone’s deliveries. PNP will pay
when Marco gets the invoice. Marco wants to get PNP’s contribution from 2008 squared away before they forget. The 2009 contribution of $750 is yet to be banked because Bank Account not yet opened.
GWRC open day 28th Feb.  BAMBA will have a presence and we will tidy up Danzig on Sunday 14th Feb with a Working Bee to ensure it is as easy as possible to ride.
Jason Barclay will put pink markers in bush in 1 month’s time to define a new grade 2 track in Danzig forest. We must keep close to GWRC with our track work.
Marco read out what he wrote in the Review of Regional Parks Management Plans document, and Ctte added some more. It has been sent in by the deadline today and it ensures BAMBA will be involved in the consultation process.
