Working Bee / Trail Building – Sunday May 1st. 9am – 12pm.

Reminder this coming Sunday (1st MAY ) – 9 am till 12pm.
Work is now in earnest on the new connector – 4 Degrees to Weta etc. Were busy bowling out stumps prior to benching.
If you require a lift to the site a vehicle or two will be leaving at 9 am from End of Old Coach Road. (OCR) Normandale.

IMPORTANT NOTE TOO ALL:  For this date we are required to make access via OCR – off Normandale road and need to go down and come back up the logging road too due to the Iron Man being held that same day in the park.
(They have a transition area at the woolshed and Ranger has stated we need to come in Via OCR at Normandale)
This will mean either parking and biking in along OCR or getting a lift at 9 am with those who have a 4WD and park at Weta Entrance then walk a tad like we did last working bee gone.
(Note however that 4WD Vehicles will be required to go in as one group together and come out as one group as gate must be locked).
Otherwise you will need to make your own way there via bike of foot!
Go along OCR and down Slogger logger track (gravel road) and take the link on the left (directly opposite Weta entrance) make your way to where Black Ute is parked!.
Hope to see you there.
